Partnership working with Bexley Borough Council
31 May 2012
Hill Residential is delighted to have exchanged contracts with Bexley Borough Council to redevelop a site in Sidcup, with planning approval currently being sought.
Hill will be building a 800 sq m community centre for Bexley, to be operated by MCCH (for people with learning disabilities), together with 38 dwellings, comprising 25 private units and 13 affordable units for Gallions Housing Association.
Start on site is anticipated for November 2012, building the new community centre first. This will be completed towards the end of 2013, when construction of the residential development will commence.
