Hill makes new Friends

Hill Residential Ltd is delighted to confirm that we are working with Friends School in Saffron Walden to construct a new junior school along with an exciting and exclusive housing development.

The Avenue will provide a range of new homes set within the existing grounds of the school, following completion of the new school building. The school is also undertaking a programme of improvements to their existing accommodation.

A successful consultation with over 70 members of the local community was held on the 26th of November and positive feedback was received to the proposals. A planning application will be made to Uttlesford District Council prior to Christmas 2009.

The intention is to commence works on the school in the autumn of 2010.
